Cancel Your Subscription on Meta Quest

You can cancel an app subscription from the Meta app or in VR

From the Meta Quest mobile app:

  1. Open the Meta Quest mobile app.
  2. Tap Menu on the bottom left, then tap Settings.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap on the app you want to cancel your subscription for.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. Tap Confirm.

From your headset (in-VR):

  1. Put on your headset.
  2. Select Your Account in the Store left sidebar.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Select the app you want to cancel your subscription for.
  5. Select Cancel Subscription.
  6. Select Confirm.

Early Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle, you'll have access to the subscription until the billing cycle ends.

  • Example: Subscription duration is March 1st to April 1st.
    • If you cancel March 2nd, you will have access to the subscription until April 1st, you will not be charged on April 1st.
    • If you cancel March 31st, you will have access to the subscription until April 1st, you will not be charged on April 1st.

Please note, you cannot currently request a refund for an app subscription, however once you cancel, you'll be able to continue accessing the subscription content until the end of the current billing cycle.
